VACAVILLE, CA (AP) — A 44-year-old inmate has died after falling from the upper level of a cell block at California Medical Facility in Vacaville. Prison officials and the Solano County district attorney's office are investigating the death of Michael Ferguson, who was serving a 16-years to life sentence for second-degree murder.
