Okay im confused, i commited a felony crime in placer county ca in 2010! i was convicted of identity theif and i was sentenced to for months plus 3 years probation. after i fufilled my sentence, all i had to go was my probation. since i wasnt a living residence out there and my home was in oakland ca they told me they can tranfer my probation out here so i can serve it out here. they sent it out here and a hearing was conducted on nov 3rd i think without me knowing, but they approved it 2 be granted out hear. i did a booking and realease, and i recieved my court dispotion and it said transfer ontop and and it said "imposition on sentence suspended" im thinking everything is in the clear UNTIL i just recieved a "pre-sentence investigation report" in the mail. im like what the hell? can they sentence me twice? ANOTHER THING is im already on unsupervised probation in alameda county... so did that just clash? am i gonna be thrown back into jail? its been two years and now this is just coming about...
