Okay i wrote my last question wrong so let me try again and be more clear. in 2008 i was convicted of felony embezzelment in alameda county. since that was my 1st offesnse they let me go with 5years of unsupervised probation. in 2010 i was convicted of felony identity theft, i was sentenced to 4 months and 3 years probation in placer county ca. after my 4 months was up the last thing was my 3 years probation. they said since i was a residence out the in placer county they will try to transfer my probation to alameda county. on november 3rd of 2011 there was a hearing that i was notified about but they granted my probation in alameda county. i went and met with a probation officer and he gave me the court dispotion and he told me to go 2 sanata rita to do a booking and release and everything would be done. i just got a letter saying i have to come in for a"presentencing investigation report" that mean im fixing to be sentenced is that possible? why would i get this after the case is over? its suppose to b be 4...
